Shipping & Returns
All prices on our website exclude BTW, shipping prices are dependent on the weight of your order and its' destination; and are calculated within the shopping cart and shown separately at checkout. Daemon Print Supplies is committed to making shipping your orders as cost effective and simple as possible. Therefore, we have a fully functional shipping module so no matter where you are in the world, what delivery service you require or whatever product mix you want to order, we can ship to you from our NL warehouse. Normal delivery for courier services:

|Europe Economy Express:||3 - 5 days delivery - destination dependent|
|Rest of World:||3 - 5 days delivery - destination dependent|
*Orders placed by 2:30pm (CET) will ship the same day where stock is available.
For our inks, we offer a 14 day 'No Quibble' credit or replacement warranty policy. If you believe that the goods you received are faulty, please contact us quoting the relevant order number telling us how many of the ink cartridge products were faulty and the reason you require a replacement or a refund.
For our machines, our warranty policy is 12 months return to base. All Return shipping costs for warranty work are at the cost of the customer. If you believe that the goods you received are faulty, please Contact Us quoting the relevant order number and detailing the fault. On return to our workshop, our engineers will assess the machine and carry out warranty work as required. Please note that where the fault is identified as due to the customer's error or negligence all parts and labour hours will be notified and payment will be required before the machine is returned to the customer.
Goods can only be returned with an RMA Number that will be issued to you on receipt of the fault report. Goods returned will be tested and where a fault is found as described, replacement goods or credit will be processed.
Under the EU Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us. In this case, we will issue you with a full refund (excluding shipping) however, you will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received them. In all cases, the goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected on their return. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have it collected at your cost.
In cases where the order was cancelled before shipment or the entire order was faulty, we will usually refund what was paid for the goods and the delivery charge.
Any goods returned outside of these instructions cannot be processed or credited.
If you decide to return a product that has already arrived at your door, we can offer a full refund (excluding shipping). If you cancel your order before it has been shipped we can provide a full refund including shipping.
Please note that when we issue a refund we cannot be responsible for how long the money takes to get back into your account, this is your banks responsibility.
